physical, digital, and human touchpoints as part of the same whole, not

StreetWise: A civic tech tool helping stormwater crews shift from reactive
cleanup to early prevention
A predictive flood-response platform designed for the
City of Savannah's stormwater crews. By integrating real-time sensor data, resident reports, and drainage conditions into one tool, StreetWise helps crews prevent flooding before it reaches residents' streets — projected
to shift the city from 80% reactive to over 50% proactive flood response.

Food Waste Prevention Pathways for the
City of Chicago
Partnering with the City of Chicago and NRDC Food Matters, this project mapped Chicago's fragmented food waste system and identified where reduction, rescue, and recycling could work together — addressing both the 66 million tons of food sent to landfills each year and the food insecurity faced by 1 in 5 Chicagoans.
